Lamara Distin, a senior at Texas A&M representing Jamaica, repeated as women's high jump winner with a first-attempt clearance at 6-3.25 (1.91m) at the Southeastern Conference Championships at LSU's Bernie Moore Track and Field Stadium in Baton Rouge. Distin became the first female athlete since 2000-01 to win SEC back-to-back indoor and outdoor high jump crowns.
