Devin Roberson, a sophomore at Texas Christian, won the men's discus throw with a fifth-round mark of 188-2 (57.36m) at the Big 12 Championships at the Terry and Linda Fuller Track and Field Complex in Lubbock, Texas. Roberson also finished ninth in the shot put with a personal-best mark of 58-0.25 (17.68m).
